United Players and Families,

We are all faced with the challenges presented by schools closing and club activities being suspended. At Fort Wayne United we are taking steps to transcend the situation and find ways to work around the challenges ….to stay active and sharp even though we are limited.

Fort Wayne United FC fully intends to continue producing a championship environment. And we need all our athletes to train like champions, even in the face of adversity. We should continue to maximize our individual potential so we can be ready for success when group training begins.

Enclosed is the 2ND Series of our NEW Fort Wayne United FC PDP (Player Dedication Program) for your review. We ask every member of the club to execute the packet in its entirety, meaning 100% compliance. Each player will be tested in the areas of technical training, conditioning and sprint circuits.  The PDP training program provides a daily schedule of activities for players to stay sharp and fit until we resume group activities (scheduled for April 15th or later). This packet is to be used as your manual and should be reviewed daily. We have also included video links to give examples of the correct performance for most of the activities. Remember… perfect practice makes permanent.

Every day we will post examples of PDP players in our club on Facebook. Players should email or text a short video clip executing the daily activities of the PDP. We will proudly promote all of you and show what it means to be part of Fort Wayne United.
